What ages is the simulator best for?
The simulator works well for ages 6 and up. Younger children can participate with light assistance. Adults enjoy it just as much — sometimes more — than the kids.
Can we bring a birthday cake?
Absolutely. You're welcome to bring any food and non-alcoholic drinks — a full meal, birthday cake, snacks, whatever your group wants. Alcohol is the only thing not permitted. There are tables in the venue to set everything up. Just clean up before you leave.
Are decorations allowed?
Simple decorations are welcome — banners, balloons, tablecloths, that kind of thing. Please avoid anything that damages the walls or leaves adhesive residue.
How many people can play at once?
Up to 8 people can actively use the simulator at one time. Additional guests can watch from the lounge seating and cheer everyone on.
How long should we book for a birthday party?
We recommend 2–3 hours for most birthday groups. For larger groups, 5 hours is a great choice.
Is there parking?
Yes — free parking is available in the lot directly in front of 118 S Main St, Suite 1, Dry Ridge, KY.
What if we need more time during our session?
If the next slot is available, you can extend your session online using the booking link found in your reservation confirmation email.
Do I need to be there to let everyone in?
No. Everyone in your group can use the same access code to enter. No host arrival required in advance.
