Plan a Birthday Party That Fits Your Group

Sim Time works differently from a traditional shared party venue: your reservation gives you the entire room, so you can set the pace around games, food, cake, and presents.

A 3-hour party

Our recommended starting point for most birthday groups. Three hours gives everyone more time to rotate through the games while still leaving room for food, cake, presents, and breaks without feeling rushed.

A 4–5 hour party

Ideal for larger groups or anyone who wants a more relaxed pace. With 14 games and activities, the extra time gives guests a much better chance to try more of the venue instead of having to rush through it.

Mixed-age groups

Rotate between easy-to-learn games so kids, teens, parents, and grandparents can all take part without needing sports experience.

Food and decorations

Bring your own food, birthday cake, non-alcoholic drinks, balloons, banners, and table decorations. Keep wall decorations non-damaging and easy to remove.

Party FAQs

What ages is the simulator best for?

The simulator works well for ages 6 and up. Younger children can participate with light assistance. Adults enjoy it just as much — sometimes more — than the kids.

Can we bring a birthday cake?

Absolutely. You're welcome to bring any food and non-alcoholic drinks — a full meal, birthday cake, snacks, whatever your group wants. Alcohol is the only thing not permitted. There are tables in the venue to set everything up. Just clean up before you leave.

Are decorations allowed?

Simple decorations are welcome — banners, balloons, tablecloths, that kind of thing. Please avoid anything that damages the walls or leaves adhesive residue.

How many people can play at once?

Up to 8 people can actively use the simulator at one time. Additional guests can watch from the lounge seating and cheer everyone on.

How long should we book for a birthday party?

We recommend at least 3 hours for most birthday parties. Even a group of around eight can miss out on a lot in a shorter session because there are 14 different games and activities to try. For larger groups, or if you want time for food, cake, presents, and a more relaxed pace, 4–5 hours is even better.

What can guests do between simulator turns?

The simulator is the main attraction, but guests can also use tabletop foosball, Whirl Ball, shuffleboard/curling, Biggo Blocks, magnetic building blocks, and other in-room activities. You can also bring a compatible console, laptop, or streaming device for the big screen.

Is there parking?

Yes — free parking is available in the lot directly in front of 118 S Main St, Suite 1, Dry Ridge, KY.

What if we need more time during our session?

If the next slot is available, you can extend your session online using the booking link found in your reservation confirmation email.

Do I need to be there to let everyone in?

No. Everyone in your group can use the same access code to enter. No host arrival required in advance.
