Business Outings That Fit Sim Time
Sim Time works best when the goal is to get coworkers out of the normal routine, give them something fun to share, and keep the event flexible instead of following a fixed program.
Team-Building Outings
Get coworkers out of the usual work setting and into short, easy-to-learn challenges where people can rotate, compete, cheer, and laugh together.
Employee Appreciation
Give the team a private outing after a busy season, successful project, or company milestone without paying a separate admission price for every person.
Company Celebrations
Celebrate goals, anniversaries, promotions, or end-of-year wins with a relaxed event that gives the group something to do instead of just another meal.
Client Entertainment
Host clients or partners in a private setting with built-in activities and enough flexibility to talk, eat, watch, or compete at your own pace.
New-Hire & Team Socials
Use an informal outing to help newer employees spend time with the rest of the team without forcing everyone into a traditional networking event.
Office & Holiday Gatherings
Bring food, non-alcoholic drinks, and your own decorations for a private office social, holiday get-together, or casual company party.
Why Sim Time Works for Teams
A company outing should be easy to organize and comfortable for people with different personalities, interests, and skill levels.
No sports experience required
The games are designed to be easy to pick up. Coworkers can choose what looks fun, switch activities, and keep the event moving without a formal tournament or instructor.
One private room for the whole group
Sim Time books only one group at a time. Your team is not sharing the venue with walk-ins, strangers, or another party during your reservation.
Flat room pricing
Pricing is based on the time you reserve, not a per-person ticket. That makes it easy to plan an outing without multiplying an admission fee by every attendee.
Easy to mix playing and social time
Up to about eight people can actively use the simulator area at once while others watch, talk, eat, or rotate into the next game.
Food is welcome
Bring lunch, dinner, pizza, desserts, snacks, or non-alcoholic drinks from a restaurant or caterer your team already likes.
Flexible hours
Sim Time is open daily from 9am to 11pm, so an outing can fit during the workday, after work, or around a team meal.
Presentation First. Team Outing After.
Need to show a few slides, a training video, an awards recap, or a team update before everyone starts playing? Bring a compatible laptop or device and use the large projected screen.

Company Outing FAQs
Is Sim Time a conference room?
No. Sim Time is a private entertainment venue, not a traditional conference room or boardroom. It is best suited to team-building outings, company socials, employee appreciation, celebrations, and client entertainment. If your event includes a short presentation or training segment, you can also connect a compatible laptop or device to the large screen.
Can we give a presentation or show training material?
Yes. Sim Time offers wired HDMI, Guest AV connections, and a j5create ScreenCast wireless display system for compatible devices. This works well for slides, short training sessions, awards, recap videos, or a presentation before the social part of your outing.
How many coworkers can we bring?
The venue has seating for 18 plus additional standing room for larger groups. Up to about eight people can actively use the simulator area at one time, so larger teams rotate through games while others watch, eat, and socialize. Very large groups should consider how much open space they want for moving around comfortably.
Do people need to be athletic or know the sports?
No. The 14 sports and games include a mix of simple target games, throwing, kicking, bowling-style activities, and other challenges. The goal is a social outing, not athletic performance.
Can we bring food for the team?
Yes. You may bring food, desserts, snacks, and non-alcoholic drinks. Alcohol is not permitted at Sim Time.
How long should a business outing be?
Two hours can work for a small or focused outing, while about three hours gives most teams more time to rotate, socialize, and eat. Four to five hours can be a better fit for larger groups or events that combine food, a short presentation, and games. Multi-hour discounts are shown during booking.
Is the venue private during our event?
Yes. Only one group is booked at a time, so your company has the entire Sim Time venue during the reservation.
How do we reserve a company outing?
Choose your date and time online at sim-time.com/book. The booking system shows current availability and pricing, and your confirmation includes the information you need for self-serve entry.
Give the Team Something Better Than Another Ordinary Outing
Choose a date, reserve the entire venue, and make the session as competitive or relaxed as your team wants it to be.
