What's the minimum age for the simulator?
We recommend ages 6 and up for independent play. Younger children can participate with a parent helping them. There's no strict age cutoff.
How many kids can play at once?
Up to 8 people can actively use the simulator at one time. Others can sit in the lounge seating and watch, then rotate in.
How long should we book for a family outing?
Most families with kids book 2 hours. If you want to try every sport or have a larger group, 3 hours gives everyone plenty of turns.
Can we bring snacks or drinks?
Yes! You're welcome to bring any food and non-alcoholic drinks. Alcohol is the only thing not permitted. Vending options are also on-site.
Do we need to know how to play these sports?
Absolutely not. The system is easy to pick up and most families are playing confidently within the first few minutes. No experience needed.
