The same private room can work for very different kinds of gatherings. Pick the games and pace that fit your group instead of following a fixed event package.
Church and youth groups
Use the private room for a low-pressure social night, youth outing, or small-group celebration. Rotate players through short games so everyone stays involved.
Homeschool groups and co-ops
Turn a meet-up into an active social outing. The mix of sports and target games gives kids different ways to participate without requiring prior experience.
Sports teams
Celebrate the end of a season, a tournament weekend, or a team milestone with baseball, football, soccer, basketball, and other challenges in one room.
Family and friend gatherings
A private indoor option for reunions, visiting relatives, friend groups, and mixed-age get-togethers where people can play, watch, eat, and rotate at their own pace.

More Ways to Keep the Group Involved
Larger groups do not have to stand around waiting for one activity. Sim Time gives people several ways to play, watch, eat, and socialize while simulator players rotate.
Side activities
Tabletop foosball, Whirl Ball, shuffleboard/curling, Biggo Blocks, magnetic building blocks, and other in-room activities give guests more to do between simulator turns.
Big-screen BYOD
Bring a compatible console, laptop, or streaming device and use Guest HDMI, Guest A/V, or wireless display options for gaming, videos, watch parties, or group content.
Food, seating & music
Bring food and non-alcoholic drinks, use seating for 18 plus standing room, and play your own music through Bluetooth audio from a compatible device.
Everything You Need to Know
Real logistics — not marketing fluff.
Group size
Up to 8 people can actively play the simulator at one time. The venue has seating for 18 plus additional standing room, and larger groups can rotate through activities while considering how much open space they want for moving around comfortably.
Recommended booking length
Most groups book 2–3 hours. For larger groups, 5 hours is a great choice. The minimum is 1 hour.
Pricing
Flat rate for the whole room — $35–$45/hr, not per person. Multi-hour discounts: 5% off 2 hrs, 10% off 3 hrs, 15% off 4 hrs, 20% off 5+ hrs.
Food & drinks
You're welcome to bring any food and non-alcoholic drinks. Alcohol is the only thing not permitted. Vending options are also available on-site.
Completely private
Only one group is booked at a time. You get the entire venue — simulator and lounge seating — all to yourselves. No walk-ins.
Self-serve entry
After booking, you'll receive a unique door code by email and text. No staff check-in required — just show up, punch in your code, and start playing.
More than the simulator
Guests can also use tabletop foosball, Whirl Ball, shuffleboard/curling, Biggo Blocks, magnetic building blocks, and other in-room activities while players rotate through the simulator.
Big-screen BYOD
Bring a compatible console, laptop, streaming device, or other source and use Guest HDMI, Guest A/V, or wireless display options on the projected screen.
Common Questions
Do we need experience with simulators?
None at all. The system is intuitive, and most people are throwing strikes or hitting home runs within the first few minutes. Ages 6+ can typically play independently, while younger children can participate with help from an adult.
Can we bring a birthday cake or decorations?
Yes! You're welcome to bring cake, cupcakes, and simple decorations. Just clean up after yourselves before the next group arrives.
Is there seating for non-players?
Yes. There is seating for 18 guests plus additional standing room for larger groups. Spectators can watch while others play, and very large groups should consider how much room they want for moving around comfortably.
What sports and games are available?
14 total, including baseball, home run derby, football, soccer, hockey, basketball, bowling, disc golf, zombie dodgeball, clay bird shooting, cornhole, and more.
