I booked 3 hours for my husband’s birthday - just the two of us. We had a blast!! He played some of the games (like frisbee golf) solo, and I joined him for cornhole and bowling. The facility is awesome - clean and comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. I made one call for minor tech support at the start of our session and the gentleman who answered was helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this place for small or large gatherings!!

Very clean (including the restroom). You have the whole place to yourself. Many fun games and a vending machine. We’ll b back!!

Brought a 12 and 15 year old, and it kept them entertained the whole time. Was a great way to have fun and be active. Some of the games worked much better from further back. Would definitely come back, and would make a great birthday party option if you had a folding table and chairs.

Definitely a great concept. Had fun playing the games and the price per hour were good but the deposit of $150 is a little much and takes too long to go back into your account. The games also were lagging quite a bit on some of the games. But overall we had fun and probably will go back. Just need to work out some bugs first.

Thank you for the feedback—we really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Glad to hear you had fun overall! We understand the concern about the deposit. Because Sim Time is a self-serve, unstaffed facility, the deposit helps protect the equipment so we can keep pricing affordable for everyone. We do release deposits as soon as the session is complete, but depending on your bank it can take a 2 - 7 for the funds to show back in your account. We're continuing to look at ways to make this process as quick and seamless as possible. Regarding the lag—thank you for pointing that out. We've identified the issue is with the light-gun games, and we're actively working on improvements. In the meantime, standing behind the second red line (as indicated in the room) helps the system track properly and significantly reduces lag. We appreciate your patience as we continue refining the experience, and we'd love to have you back again soon!
