Partner Program Terms

1. Agreement and authority

These Partner Program Terms govern participation in Sim Time's Local Partner/Affiliate Program and Employee Perk Program and supplement Sim Time's general Terms & Conditions. By applying, the person submitting the application confirms that they are authorized to act for the organization and agrees to these Partner Program Terms on its behalf. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval.

2. Program approval and eligibility

Sim Time may approve or decline an application in its discretion. Participation is limited to legitimate organizations and may be conditioned on accurate contact information, lawful promotion, compliance with these terms, and continued eligibility for the selected program.

3. Standard offer and partner-specific terms

The current standard Local Partner/Affiliate offer provides an eligible customer discount of 10% and an affiliate commission of 10% on qualifying completed booking subtotals before sales tax. The current standard Employee Perk offer provides employees 10% off eligible personal bookings at $0 employer cost and pays no referral commission.

Sim Time may approve different discount, commission, attribution, payout, or eligibility terms for a particular partner. The terms shown in the partner's approval notice or later written program notice control for that partner.

4. Changes to the program

Sim Time may modify program benefits, customer discounts, commission rates, attribution periods, payout schedules, eligibility requirements, promotional rules, or other program terms prospectively. Sim Time will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes by email, through the partner program, or by posting an updated version. Each material change has a recorded effective date; unless a later date is stated, the change may take effect on that recorded effective date even if delivery of an individual email is delayed or unsuccessful.

Changes are prospective. A later change will not reduce a valid commission that was earned under the applicable terms before the change's effective date. A partner that does not wish to continue under changed terms may stop participating at any time.

5. Qualifying referrals and commissions

• Affiliate commission is based on the qualifying completed booking subtotal after applicable discounts and before sales tax.
• Cancelled, refunded, charged-back, fraudulent, duplicate, abusive, or otherwise ineligible bookings do not earn commission. If ineligibility is discovered before payout, the commission may be removed from that payout. If it is discovered after payout, Sim Time may place the amount under review and require reconciliation before additional commissions are paid.
• Self-referral, manipulation of referral tracking, false bookings, and posting partner codes to public coupon-code aggregation sites are prohibited unless Sim Time gives written permission.
• The standard referral-link attribution window is up to 30 days on the same browser, but attribution is not guaranteed if cookies/storage are cleared, another eligible attribution replaces it, or technical limitations prevent tracking.

6. Payouts and taxes

The standard affiliate payout schedule is quarterly. Approved affiliates complete payout onboarding through Stripe, which may collect identity, tax, and bank information required to receive payouts. Sim Time may delay a payout while eligibility, fraud, refunds, chargebacks, tax information, or Stripe payout readiness are being reviewed.

Partners are responsible for their own tax obligations. Sim Time and/or its payment provider may request tax information or issue required information returns when applicable.

7. Suspension and termination

Either party may end participation at any time. Sim Time may suspend or terminate a partner's participation with or without cause and may act immediately for suspected fraud, abuse, misleading promotion, misuse of partner codes or links, violation of these terms, unlawful conduct, or conduct that may harm Sim Time, its customers, or the program.

Termination does not eliminate valid commissions already earned before termination, subject to the normal eligibility, refund, chargeback, fraud-review, tax, and payout requirements described in these terms.

8. Marketing and disclosures

Partners must accurately describe Sim Time and may not make false, misleading, or unauthorized claims about pricing, availability, services, discounts, or the partner relationship. When a recommendation, endorsement, social post, review, or other promotion is connected to affiliate compensation or another material benefit, the partner is responsible for making any disclosure required by applicable advertising or endorsement law clearly and conspicuously.

9. Sim Time brand and materials

Approval gives the partner a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use partner links, codes, and any promotional materials Sim Time provides solely to promote the approved program. It does not transfer ownership of Sim Time's name, logos, website content, or other intellectual property. Sim Time may require inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate promotional material to be corrected or removed.

10. Independent relationship and no guaranteed results

The partner is an independent participant and is not an employee, agent, franchisee, joint venturer, or legal representative of Sim Time. The partner has no authority to bind Sim Time or make commitments on Sim Time's behalf. Participation does not guarantee referrals, bookings, revenue, commission income, a minimum payout, a particular discount or commission rate, or continued availability of the program.

11. General terms and governing law

These Partner Program Terms supplement Sim Time's general Terms & Conditions. If the two conflict specifically about partner-program participation, these Partner Program Terms control for that issue. The governing-law, jurisdiction, severability, privacy, and other generally applicable provisions in Sim Time's Terms & Conditions also apply.
